CANCELLATIONS

AUTUMN/WINTER

In autumn and winter leagues, games go ahead rain or shine. In extreme weather conditions, a decision is made by 5:30pm. All affected team managers will be emailed and a post made on the SUB Football Facebook page by 6pm.

SUMMER

Games go ahead rain or shine, unless the council choses to close the grounds. 

Ground closure notices are on the council website and updated at 1pm. In the envent of ground closure, all affected teams managers will be emailed and a post made on the SUB Football Facebook page by 3pm.

Cancelled games will be rescheduled if possible however this is not guaranteed, as field availability is limited. 

DEFAULTING

If your team wishes to default your game for any reason, please contact your Venue Manager by phone as soon as you know you cannot field a team, so that we can notify the opposition. See the contact page for Venue Manager details.
